【Pre-Milling】
● Trimming panel edges after cutting.
● Features a 2.2KW high-power motor and two milling tools at the front and rear. Maximum pre-milling height is 40mm (65mm optional).
● Mills corrugations on the board surface for tighter edge banding adhesion, improving integrity and aesthetics.
【Glue Unit】
● Features a short heat-up time to reach operating temperature. The tool-free quick-change system enables fast cleaning and changeover when switching glue types or colors. A synchronized, finely adjustable glue roller ensures precise glue application.
【End Cutting Unit】
● Utilizing precise linear guide rail movement and automatic profile tracking, the high-frequency high-speed motor performs rapid trimming of protruding edge banding strips at both the front and rear ends of the panel.
● Ensures the strips are flush with the sheet ends and produces a smooth, flat cut surface.
【Rough & Fine Trimming System】
● This system uses large and small trimming discs that automatically track the profile via a high-frequency, high-speed motor.
● Trims the edge banding on the upper and lower sides of the panel, removing excess material to mill a smooth R-shaped edge.
【Corner Rounding Unit】
● This unit processes the ends of soft and postforming panels with edge materials of 0.4-3.0 mm and workpiece heights of 10-60 mm.
● It is equipped with two 0.37kW motors and is suitable for straight workpiece edges.
【Scraping Unit】
● The edge trimming knives on both sides remove wavy marks left by rotational cutting on the edge banding.
● The consistent R-angle after scraping matches the finished profile, ensuring a smooth and tidy surface on the upper and lower parts of the board.
【Buffing Unit】
● This unit uses two rotating cloth wheels to clean the processed panel, ensuring a smoother and more aesthetic end face on the edge banding, while also maintaining even wear on the polishing wheels.
